Zorix App User Agreement

Welcome to Zorix!
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the Zorix app (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read this document carefully before using the App.

1. Eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under the age of 17, you are prohibited from using the App.

2. Account Registration

To use the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you agree to notify us immediately at durrani885@outlook.com.

• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the App.
• Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorix is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement or for any other reason.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the App. By continuing to use the App, you accept the revised Agreement.
